- Marketplace Vendor Submissions: If you submit a solution for consideration in the marketplace, we collect your name, email address, company name, solution name, and solution description.
- Services Fit Configurator: If you use the services fit configurator, we collect your assessment answers. If you submit a briefing request through the configurator, we also collect your name, organization, role, work email, preferred timing, and a description of your challenge.
- Investor Portal Registration and Use: If you are granted access to the investor portal, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider). We may also collect information you provide through the portal, including investment intents (amount, type, and notes), profile information, and any other data you choose to submit.
- Automatic Log Data: Like most websites, our web hosting provider (e.g., Vercel) and database provider (e.g., Supabase) may automatically record standard internet log information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and date/time stamps. This data is used solely to maintain site security, analyze trends, and administer the Services.

- Hosting and Infrastructure Providers: Vercel (web hosting) and Supabase (database, authentication, and storage) process data on our behalf to operate the Services.

- Investor portal account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, or as required by applicable securities, tax, and corporate laws.
- Investment intent data is retained in accordance with applicable securities and corporate record-keeping requirements.
