Marketplace Terms

These Marketplace Terms ("Marketplace Terms") govern your use of the Multipolar Defense marketplace (the "Marketplace"), including the waitlist, vendor submissions, and any third-party tools, services, or content displayed or referenced therein. By using the Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Marketplace Terms, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Marketplace

The Marketplace is a curated platform for discovering and evaluating third-party tools, services, and content that complement the Multipolar AI Suite. The Marketplace is currently in development, and many categories are marked as "Coming Soon," "Planned," or "Horizon." The availability of any product, service, or content in the Marketplace does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee by Multipolar Defense, LLC.

2. Third-Party Content

The Marketplace may display or reference products, services, and content provided by third parties. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party products, services, or content.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, performance, or security of any third-party products, services, or content.
  • Any transactions, agreements, or relationships between you and a third-party vendor are solely between you and that vendor.
  • Third-party products, services, and content are subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers.

3. Vendor Submissions

If you submit a solution, product, or service for consideration in the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the full right, power, and authority to submit such information and to grant any rights described herein.
  • The information you submit is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • Your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your submission does not contain any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components.
  • Your submission complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control laws.

Submission of a solution does not guarantee inclusion in the Marketplace. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. License to Submitted Content

By submitting a solution, product, or service for consideration, you grant Multipolar Defense, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the submitted information for the purpose of evaluating, promoting, and operating the Marketplace. This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property.

5. Waitlist

By joining the Marketplace waitlist, you consent to receive communications from us regarding the Marketplace launch and related updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by contacting us at info@multipolardefense.com.

6. No Purchase Transactions

The Marketplace currently does not process purchases, payments, or transactions. Any transactions with third-party vendors would be governed by separate agreements between you and the vendor. Multipolar Defense, LLC is not a party to any such transactions and bears no responsibility for them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MARKETPLACE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE MARKETPLACE WILL OPERATE SECURELY, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTIPOLAR DEFENSE, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE MARKETPLACE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT.

9. Changes to the Marketplace

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Marketplace, or any portion thereof, at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Marketplace Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Marketplace following the posting of revised Marketplace Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Marketplace Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
