Multipolar Defense, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates in the defense and national security sector. This Export Control Notice describes the export control and compliance obligations that apply to the use of our website, investor portal, marketplace, services configurator, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Applicable Laws and Regulations
The Services and any information accessed through them may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including:
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130, which govern the export and temporary import of defense articles and defense services.
- Export Administration Regulations (EAR): 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774, which govern the export and re-export of dual-use items and certain defense-related items.

2. Your Obligations
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.
- Not access, use, or disclose any controlled information in violation of such laws.
- Not export, re-export, transfer, or release any controlled information to any person or entity in violation of such laws.
- Not use the Services from, or on behalf of, any person or entity located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes.
- Not use the Services for any purpose prohibited by U.S. law, including the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, or missile technology.
3. Controlled Information
Certain information accessible through the Services, including information in the investor portal, may be subject to export control restrictions. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether any information you access or receive is subject to export control restrictions and for complying with all applicable requirements.
4. No Export of Controlled Information
The Services are not designed to facilitate the export, re-export, or transfer of controlled information. You agree not to use the Services to transmit, store, or process any information that is subject to ITAR, EAR, or other export control restrictions without our prior written consent and compliance with all applicable requirements.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to ensure compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations, including suspending or terminating access to the Services, and reporting any suspected violations to the appropriate authorities.
